Skills:
Good overall handyman
Basic drywall repair
Painting
Able to install light fixtures, ceiling fans, replace an outlet, other minor electrical.
Replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, p-traps, tub strainers, service or install a toilet, replace garbage disposals.
Able to replace deadbolts and doorknobs.
Requirements:
Have all your own hand tools and power tools.
Pride in your appearance and work
Reliable and timely.
Follow instructions.
A team player.
