We are independent BMW/Mini repair shop located in down town Honolulu. We are looking for a full time Automotive Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.
Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, brake replacement, A/C etc.
Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
Prepared to get additional certification as needed.
Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
Keep a professional appearance.
Ensure customer satisfactions at all times.
Automotive Technician Requirements:
Automotive repair experience and a graduate from a automotive technical school.
ASE certifications preferred.
Hold a valid driver license and supply a driver abstract.
Must read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
Detail oriented and thorough, organized.
May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Have your own tools.
