This is a full-time position with Kleenco Maintenance Company, LLC. Starting pay is $18-$22/hour depending on experience. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience, and the energy and desire to continue a career in building maintenance. Tasks include drywall patching and repair, painting, furniture assembly and repair, picture hanging, simple plumbing repairs, light bulb replacement, and other similar tasks. Much of the work occurs outdoors, and on ladders. Qualifications
Must have some relevant maintenance or construction experience, or have completed relevant coursework in high school, community college, or secondary school. Must be able to lift at least fifty pounds, stand on a ladder, push, pull, reach and stretch, and have the ability to speak and understand English. Additional Information
Must be willing to work nights and weekends; be able to work efficiently and follow directions, and pay attention to details. May be required to arm/disarm security alarm systems and lock doors. Preference will be given to candidates who have a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
