FT Position Available: $20/hour to start
Property Maintenance and Landscape Technician
duties include:
(1) lawn care, garden maintenance, grounds clean up and project work.
Must have experience with a gas string trimmer AND
(2) property maintenance which could include light carpentry, light plumbing - changing light fixtures etc.
Our business of multi family rental properties is deemed essential and your employment with us is guaranteed to be steady if you are reliable and work well.
Position includes:
- Medical benefits, Friday lunches & vehicle allowance for gas
- Typical workday: 7:30 am-4:30 pm monday thru friday. Weekends OFF!
Must have:
- Courteous and respectful attitude towards all our tenants
- Valid HI drivers Lic. And own reliable transportation
