Have knowledge of all building trades, carpentry, house renovation, remodeling, painting, drywall, building cost control /loss prevention, inventory control, have truck/tools, helper, project facilitator, inspections, handyman, cleaner, hauling trash/furniture/appliances, plan checker, house showings, security. Ability to study and learn quickly. Must have good work habits, good work attendance records and be punctual every day.
Delivering collection letters, clean and paint houses, clean yards, Weed wack, hauling, mowing, trash, clean garages, paint roofs, etc.
