Your Role: As a Construction Foreman, you will:
Lead and motivate our construction team to complete projects safely and on time.
Manage crew times and daily progress reports.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure project success.
Coordinate and oversee HWI labor and subcontractors.
Schedule and organize equipment, labor, and materials.
Drive and maintain HWI vehicles and equipment.
Lead training and development programs for your team.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a foreman/superintendent position.
Strong background in site work and concrete work.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in reading plans and layouts.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when necessary.
Clean driving record.
