Kaneohe based general contracting company looking for an experienced Journeyman Carpenter on Oahu. Please submit a resume or written letter/email with: your contact information and objective statement.
Qualifications:
Preferred minimum 8-10 years experience in carpentry, specifically finish.
Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
Must have a general knowledge of construction.
Excellent finish skills related to doors, cabinets, windows, and custom wood work.
Knowledge of high end appliances and hardware.
Job Expectations:
Work independently or in a team environment during all phases of the project.
Manage multiple job sites during finish phases.
Capacity to make material lists and take offs.
Capable of layout during finish phases.
Read plans when necessary.
Monday through Friday work schedule with varying start times (dependent on property guidelines).
Requirements:
Must have a contact number where we can reach your before and during work hours for scheduling, job site directions, and location.
Personal tools to work independently on assigned projects.
Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
Minimum age of 18; high school education or equivalent.
US citizen or proof of legal residency.
