Marine Parts and Boat Accessory Manager for Hawaii's #1 Boat Dealer
We are looking for a detailed orientated and experienced MARINE parts manager. Experience in Honda, Yamaha and Mercury outboard parts is essential in your leadership role. No one without Marine Experience will be considered. Must have 2 years Marine Experience to be considered.
This full-time staff position reports directly to the Dealer/General Manager. Responsibilities include all activities associated with the day-to-day management of the Parts Department including staffing, training, inventory control, retail and internal sales, merchandising, expense control, etc. Candidates must have a "hands on" management style, have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and energetic, and have a sincere desire to take the department to the next level of excellence. There is career growth for ambitious, productive team players.
We require a minimum of 2 years experience in a large marine dealership parts department, a high school education, a productive work history and strong business references. We also require a verifiable track record and business references.
