Looking for a personal assistant to help a busy business owner with organization, decluttering, office admin tasks, and future planning and scheduling, including travel arrangements. This role is intended to be ongoing, but we’ll start with a short trial period to make sure it’s a great fit for both of us.
Job Duties:
Organization & Decluttering – Help organize and declutter household and office spaces, set up systems for efficiency, and maintain order.
Office Support – Assist with administrative duties, data entry, managing emails, scheduling, filing, and light project coordination.
Future Planning & Scheduling – Help with planning and coordinating personal and professional schedules, events, and tasks.
Travel Arrangements – Assist in researching and booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
Other Small Tasks – Various responsibilities to support organization and office efficiency.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
Strong communication and administrative skills
Experience with office or organizational work preferred
Dependable, professional, and trustworthy
Willing to take a Kolbe assessment if we move forward
Willing to complete a background check before hire
Pay: Negotiable based on experience and potential fit
Trial period to ensure mutual fit, then ongoing position if successful
