WATER CONTROLS & PUMP SYSTEMS Is seeking a Technical Assistant to help us both support existing projects and develop new customers ON THE ISLAND OF MAUI and throughout the State. This position will work out of our Haiku office, and may have to travel inter-island on occasion to inspect job sites. We are looking for that rare, experienced person who has enough job-site experience to put together estimates for our customers. Additionally, this position will help with setting up and managing our Zoho CRM, as well as drawing electrical schematics from hand-drawn samples. This position is for someone who truly enjoys multi-tasking and being challenged.

The position does require some travel, and occasional overnight stays, on other islands.
Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician experience of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing controls, pumps, filters, hydraulic valves, and piping for water systems
Proven skills must include decision making, critical thinking, and multi-tasking
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong Customer Relationships
Ability to read and troubleshoot using mechanical / electrical drawings and schematics
Experience in estimating / job take-offs / writing proposals
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EDUCATION / SKILLS
Experience with ZOHO CRM, Expenses, Forms
- Experience Drawing electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
