This contractor is always delivering quality work for high-end residential remodels, new build-outs, and commercial properties. To meet the quality standards, the ideal candidate must have proven Foreman experience.
Hours
Full-time, 7:00am-4:00pm
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$30 to $35 an hour
Responsibilities
Coordinate operations and oversee workers at multiple job sites.
Oversee the safe and timely completion of projects.
Keep track of material expenses, permits, and employee safety.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years, proven leadership/foreman experience.
Must have strong organization skills.
Must be able to read plans and blueprints.
Should have extensive knowledge of construction best practices and job site safety.
Must be able to do hands on work, as needed.
