This position is contingent upon government funding and award of contract to Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC JOB SUMMARY: Clear Resolution Consulting has a need for a Senior SharePoint Designer in Wahiawa, Hawaii. DESCRIPTION: The Senior SharePoint Designer designs, maintains, and enhances existing and future SharePoint sites. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with customers to design solutions to meet business needs by leading information gathering sessions to understand customer requirements, demonstrates knowledge of client’s issues, industry, and business operations
Develop workflow and custom extensions, provide in-depth technical knowledge and development expertise during pilot, proof of concept state, and site/enterprise wide deployment
Establish architectural and development standards around SharePoint solution
Train customers in the use, administration, and customization of the solution
Contribute to the identification and development of service offerings, methodologies, and intellectual capital and uses professional concepts in accordance to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways
Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
Configure and troubleshoot SharePoint issues including workflows, permission issues, dataflow, web form, and collaboration enablement
Create and execute project work tasks and plans
Determine most suitable presentation method, visual elements, and programmatic objects that meet design and business objectives
Evaluate available data access and storage methods and determine the appropriate implementation for the application requirements
Plan and execute appropriate unit and integration tests that ensure maximum code reliability and minimal defects
Develop an understanding of clients’ business model and suggest effective and well-designed solutions
Design, develop, and implement business applications using current technologies and architecture
Create integrated work product between SharePoint and identified Enterprise web services
Apply designated configuration control and software and functional testing
Develops complicated workflows and processes for automating procedures necessary for the SharePoint systems
Provide engineering and training documentation to the customer, as requested
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
An active and current government clearance is required to be considered for this work.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or Business Technology
At least 4 year’s experience in a technical role designing business software solutions.
2 year’s experience working within a software system process with experience in gathering requirements and creating and implementing test plans
2 year’s experience integrating web services using APIs such as SOAP, JSON, RESTful services
1 year experience developing JavaScript
