We are seeking a dependable, innovative, and enthusiastic leader to fill our Conversion Services Output Manager position. This manager would initially work alongside our production staff to learn production processes in paper scanning, film scanning, and film lab conversion services. Long term (approximately one year) the position could manage the entire staff of 20+ employees and be responsible for all production coming from the Conversion Services department.
The Conversion Services Output Manager will partner with a Lead Worker to help coordinate projects, record metrics and oversee staff production.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and co-manage day to day output of paper scanning, film scanning, special data conversions and film lab output
Schedule, measure, analyze, and distribute weekly productivity reports to management. Work with Company President to determine appropriate metrics in line with company mission and values.
Develop trusted relationships between client and agency. Demonstrate accurate understanding customer project needs by developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships; ensure scanning projects are completed on schedule; ensure that each customers scanning deadlines are met; identify obstacles to meeting deadlines in advance; work with management and client to troubleshoot challenges
Continually monitor processes for improvement; identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and obstacles; work with management to overcome challenges in advance, whenever possible
Collaborate with other managers to create efficiencies related to production activities
Facilitate training for other team members for backup assistance and coverage in specific jobs
Report the status, needs, and issues to management
Foster a people-centric team in line with Integras mission and values; motivate, guide and direct others to produce expected production outcomes
Manage time clock and PTO tracking for all conversion services employees
Work with management and key staff to ensure Integras success
Minimum Qualifications:
2 or 4-year degree or comparable experience in Business Management, Information Technology or a related field
Two years experience operating PCs, standard office equipment, and scanning equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Proficiency with excel, ascii, xml, OCR, Adobe and file conversions a plus
Strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, and able to prioritize work
Demonstrable project management experience
Demonstrated ability to create and foster a team-oriented work environment, organize data and demonstrate importance of data accuracy;
Great customer service skills with internal and external customers
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
Experience and understanding of lean principles, enterprise content management, and document scanning programs is a bonus
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Pay depends on experience.
