The right person will have training and accept training and new ideas and put them into place quickly and keep them IN.
You will be Running my Company while I play golf, hunt and fish and travel the world.

If you cant make that happen and know it, you are not right for this position.
I will be running the show from 30,000 ft. and finding more locations and speaking/training across the globe.
Pay? You can take a cut and buy is out later or location if you desire.
$80k to $250k yearly based on profit.
