Customer Service RepresentativeOur client has a need for a Customer Service Representative for their call center location in the greater Boise, Idaho area. This is a potential temp to hire position and is offered through Volt Workforce Solutions.Job Summary:This Customer Service Representative position is responsible for handling incoming respondent calls looking for more information regarding Medicare Advantage policies. Will order informational kits to be sent to respondent and assign broker in the respondent's area to assist with future questions.
