Our Customer Service Sales Specialist will perform diverse duties including:

Duties & Responsibilities

These may include but are not limited to:

Develop, process, manage, follow up and tracking all customers as it pertains to sales departments Responsible for inbound/outbound calls, internet leads and appointment setting for our customers Organizing data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Skills & Experience Required:

Strong phone, email and communication skills Positive attitude and high energy. Excellent appearance 1-3 years experience handing inbound/outbound customer service or sales calls Proven history of inside sales, internet marketing and/or scheduling sales appointments. Ability to work independently with high-level productivity Self-disciplined and highly motivated attitude Superior skills in customer relations: an ability to make people happy to pay, or problem-solve on their behalf and communicate in an assuring, confident manner Ability to meet or exceed all department Key Performance Indicators that measure overall performance. Strong organizational expertise and an attention to detail. Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license Training “ Research and attend training as requested by management. Must be an active participant in on-going training and role playing. Multi-tasking, time management and critical thinking

Commitment

This position is a 9:00AM-3:30PMÂPart-Time position with the opportunity to grow to Full-Time- we are seeking the right fit.

Compensation

Compensation will be dependent on applicants level of experience and skill in key areas.
