Do you have Management experience and are looking for a part time, evening job to help supplement your income? EC has a Fast Track Program that allows people with the right qualifications to move up in the company faster than our regular positions. We are currently hiring for Management Positions within our company and are looking to fill these positions ASAP!
The Details:
Do you like a little variety each night? How about doing more than general cleaning? Our Management Staff are the people each evening that take care of the specific cleaning our customers ask of us as well as handle our employee satisfaction in accounts. Your night will have tasks that include; supply runs, work inspections, employee training, special customer work request, overall company satisfaction and much more.
These positions are still PART TIME! We still want to work around your daytime schedule but these positions are required to work Sunday through Thursday evenings.
This position starts off at a rate of $10.00 an hour and if promoted will make between $10.00 to $15.50 an hour depending on the task that you are doing.

Qualifications:
This position requires that you have management experience. EC does provide regular management training but in order to qualify for our Fast Track program.
If you do not have management experience you can still apply and if hired to our team you can move up the ranks as fast or as slow as you would like.
The difference with the Fast Track Program compared to our regular hired positions is that you will be assigned to a building for 20-30 days and this is considered your Evaluation Period. If you do a great job, are reliable, and continue to make our customer happy you will be eligible for a promotion interview. Being in the Fast Track Program does not mean that you will automatically become part of our Management Staff but it gives you a faster and better chance to become a Management Staff member. This position, like all of our other positions, are based on your own work ethic. The better your work ethic, the more you are qualified for a promotion.
