Resume Required This is a Part-Time (32 hours/week) Position

Duties:

We are seeking out a Test Administrator that will be responsible for administering tests to eligible military and civilian personnel and their dependents as authorized by the Air Force Career Development Academy, AF and local regulations. This includes the following:

a. All Air Force Career Development Academy and end of course (EOC) tests.

b. Any tests specifically required by an education institution for admission or for course enrollment, including placement tests.

c. Tests requested to be administered by eligible personnel, such as correspondence course and qualification/certification exams.

d. Any test required by the Air Force that is not normally administered through the local military test control officer.

e. Other tests used in local advisement or guidance programs, to include career assessment and interest inventories, as requested by the Chief, Education and Training.

Requirements:

Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university (ideally with 15-30 semester hours in testing and measurement, counseling and guidance, or a related discipline)

AND

One year of office or professional work experience, preferably in an academic/educational environment

In the absence of a 4 year degree, a minimum of 3 years academic and/or military test administrator experience is required.

Knowledge of/experience with standardized educational and military testing programs is essential, as is proficiency with standard AF-approved software including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
