Day to Day Responsibilities:
The client just opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art, building in Boise, Idaho. We are looking for an AV Support Tech to be on site to support the client. This person will be the main point of contact for all AV related support.
Most of the daily problems are zoom related
Day-to-day event setup if they need a room setup for an activity
Maintain AV suites for meetings
Basic 8-5 M-F
Education/Experience:
Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets client driving standard, but 99% onsite supporting the client.
Knowledge of other AV display troubleshooting, network, wiring
AV experience- 1-2 yrs of basic audio video
Strong soft skills, as they will be customer facing
Must have the ability to setup and breakdown of conference spaces to meet the customers daily needs, as well as event needs
Skills not required but are PLUSES:
Experience with Zoom administrator
