Job Description:

Customer Service Representative - Boise, Idaho

Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow call "scripts" when handling different topics
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide a solution
Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
In-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
Efficiently assess customer needs for product or services
Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer
Initiate and complete new intakes and assist in setting up new accounts where applicable
Arranges necessary referral to community agencies or for those traveling, to assist in
continuity of care
Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
Follow safe work procedures and ensure adherence to practice of safety daily
Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
Additional
Answer billing and other customer questions or direct customer to proper billing personnel
Keep work area clean and safe

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Excellent written communication skills
Good typing and 10-key skills
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
Detail oriented

Machines Operated:
Computer terminal
Other office machines (copy machine, fax machine, etc.)

Education or Experience Required:
High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
