Daily contact with all internal departments as well as policy holders, veterinarians and clinic staff. Enters information received by claims processors accurately into the system Provides administrative support as needed. Provides administrative support as needed. Attends and participates in team meetings as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.Skills:60+ Words per minute typing speed Strong computer skillsStrong customer service skillsPrevious experience or training in office / administrative supportWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeEducation requirement:
