IMCO Construction is always seeking experienced and motivated people. Our construction project teams in Southern Idaho are working on large scale construction projects including utility projects, water/wastewater and industrial. The HR/Office Manager will be responsible for numerous HR related tasks such as: Assists with interviews, hiring and onboarding
Completes new hire & termination paperwork and enters information into ViewPoint, and I-9 compliance
Prescreen candidates, create interview guides and schedule interviews
Attends and assist with the preparation and planning of career fairs
Travels to jobsites as needed to collect new hire paperwork and conduct new hire orientations
Assist with discipline and terminations
Office duties will include:
Fully responsible for office administration
Orders supplies as needed, including weekly groceries
Keeps office tidy, clean and organized
Schedules meetings as needed for other managers
Errands as needed
Assist in job start up as needed
Schedule employees for various training
We are seeking someone with at least 5 years HR experience or 7+ years in an administrative role. This position will require a very high level of confidentiality, motivation, drive, and organization. We are needing someone who doesn't mind diving in to find solutions to problems, has the mindset that no task is beneath them and are able to plan ahead and recognize when something is needed.
