DescriptionDuty Location: Military Division, Idaho Army National Guard, Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Orchard Combat Training Center (OCTC) Fire Department, Gowen Field (off of Main Base), Boise, IdahoIntroduction: The position is located in the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Idaho Army National Guard (IDARNG), functioning within the State of Idaho - Military Division. The IDARNG Chief of Staff provides general guidance and direction regarding Installation Status Report (ISR) Program execution. Daily supervision and oversight of ISR Program execution is provided by the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO). The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the IDARNG's primary Installation Status Report (ISR) Point of Contact (POC) for National Guard Bureau (NGB). Incumbent manages the State ISR Program to include ISR Infrastructure, ISR Services, Services Cost Data and ISR Mission Capacity. Responsible for program management functions to include improving the state's data collection and reporting within ISR modules to NGB, U.S. Army Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and the Department of Defense (DoD).
