Manager, US Impact andIntegration TeamLocation: Open (virtual/remote with occasional travel)The Deloitte US firm is seeking a Manager to work in one of ourUS Executive offices under theleadership of the MP-Businesses, to create impact and drive integration acrossthe firm.Work You ll Do:TheUS Impact and Integration team helps to execute the firm strategy throughprojects that create impact for our businesses and drive integration across thefirm. We operate a portfolio thatincludes cross-business projects, business-specific transformation efforts andselect experimental projects.Anexample of our some our recent initiatives include:
Managing, implementing, and reporting on high-impactprojects that are aligned with the firm strategy
Designing and implementing a new performancemanagement approach and system for our partners, principals and managingdirectors
Support the digital transformation of our Taxpractice, including the redesign of the tax activities and the organizationaland talent impacts
Evolving our Industry models to accelerategrowth and enable us to deliver the firm in a more integrated manner to solveclient issues
Responsibilities include:
Support, and in some cases lead,projects including defining the initial objective / vision, aligningstakeholders and establishing an approach as well as the ongoing project managementof activities, timeline and output for initiative workstream(s)
Conduct internal and external research on best practicesrelevant to initiative
Support facilitation and designof meetings with various stakeholders as appropriate
Create presentation materials and talkingpoints that facilitate decision making, as well as project updates, which are shared with Program Leadership, MP-Businesses, USExecutive and the US Board of Directors
Craft initiative messaging and communications to raiseawareness and promote initiatives with specific audiences
Coordinate activities acrossvarious internal Deloitte teams (e.g., US Strategy, Innovation, Talent, PartnerMatters, Global, etc.) and the businesses
