Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities: The position requires someone who is technically and mechanically minded Ability to read and comprehend explicit instructions for processes and procedure Basic math skills are required in addition to good penmanship and documentation skills Detail oriented Ability to see visual defects and have manual/finger dexterity Exhibit patience and the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands in a fast paced and changing environment Familiar with semiconductor grade part manufacturingQualifications: Ability to work in a team environment to complete goals, while also working alone on projects Possess strong oral and written communication skills Possess a positive utilization of interpersonal skill to work in a team environment Ideal candidate will have previous experience with meticulous and repetitive work and possess great attention to detail CMM programming experience is a plusPhysical Demands: Must beable to lift up to 50 pounds by self in a safe mannerSwing Shift: 1:30pm-10:00pm,$14.50 an hourJob Type: Full-time, temp to hireThis is a temp-to-hire position; the goal is to convert temps by 3-6 months. Once converted you will be eligible for a great benefit package available the first of the month.
