We are looking for a person who is the perfect fit for our team at our growing and busy veterinary clinic. The purpose of this position is to provide outstanding client service through the following skills: proficiency working with multiple phone lines, ability to differentiate between routine and emergency cases when answering phones and scheduling appointments, multi-tasking, (greeting clients, admitting / checking out patients, communicating information between clients and staff, etc.) amidst many interruptions. The right candidate enjoys working with people and is caring, friendly, efficient and able to maintain a calm and comforting atmosphere.
The CCS must be able to empathize with clients and remain compassionate yet calm and collected in the face of emergency situations. The right candidate will firmly believe in the quality of care provided and can communicate this sense of assurance to clients. Ultimately, it is the CCS who creates a good first and last impression on our clients.
Shifts will vary and include some Saturdays, as well as occasional shift work on weekends.
