Join our team as an Operations Strategist and be at the heart of the seamless ecommerce experience our customers love.  In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations and champion operational excellence for our growth initiatives across major platforms, including Amazon SFP, Walmart Plus, B2B, and Retail. You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and order processing tasks, ensuring seamless support for Balsam's partnerships with marketplaces and retailers. Your focus will be on enhancing the efficiency and integration of our growth initiatives, spanning Marketplaces, B2B, Retail, and more. As the main point of contact for coordinating these platforms’ operations, you will drive cross-functional efforts to streamline processes, improve operational metrics, and support the launch of new partnerships. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, with a knack for identifying areas of improvement and the drive to implement impactful solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our operational strategy, making data-driven decisions, and influencing business growth. 
 
This full-time position reports to the Director of Operations and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in-office. What you’ll do:  Enable Growth Operations: Actively support and optimize operations for Amazon SFP, B2B, Walmart Plus, and other retail partnerships, ensuring strategies are aligned with business growth objectives and driving improved performanceCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, taking a proactive approach to leverage cross-functional projects that enhance operational capabilities and support marketplace initiativesOperational Management: Lead warehouse operations, from order processing to inventory allocation, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in all processes while identifying areas for optimizationDrive Process Improvements: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement scalable solutions, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement across growth platformsFacilitate Order Movement: Oversee the efficient movement of orders and inventory, coordinating effectively with shipping carriers and platforms to ensure timely deliveryMonitor Metrics: Analyze supply chain and financial metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing shipping efficiency and improving customer satisfactionDevelop Operational Expertise: Build expertise in key operational processes essential to supporting major e-commerce platforms, contributing to long-term growth and successData-Driven Decision Making: Apply advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions, improve operational workflows, and present insights to senior leadership to guide business strategiesWhat you bring to the table:  5+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on retail or e-commerce growth initiatives Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects across diverse teams A strong analytical approach to problem-solving and a detail-oriented mindset Self-motivation and a proactive attitude towards challenges and opportunities About Us: Balsam Brands is a global, eCommerce retailer with roots in holiday and home décor.
