Provides first-level support to internal and external customers involved
Provide technical assistance to organization staff on Immunization Reminder Information System (IRIS), and other related issues.
Communicates known solutions to end-users by referencing existing process and policy documentation and escalates new issues and clarification or solutions to subject matter experts.
Excellent customer services skills and experience.
Experience analyzing information and researching a variety of sources to identify and resolve problems or issues.
Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized record system.
