If you wish to be a line cook we start at $13.00+ based on experience.
Ideal candidates should be 18 or older and possess and have the ability to demonstrate the following:
ï· Passionate about quality standards and willing to uphold and enforce those standards in a high-volume environment.
ï· Have the ability to prepare and cook product to menu specification as well as understand and precisely follow recipes.
ï· Possess basic cooking temperature knowledge (what is a medium burger?)
ï· Have the ability to remember product combinations and execute them to order.
ï· Ensure that all food safety standards are met.
ï· Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a guest-focus.
ï· Be an effective communicator and team-player.
ï· Dependable and presentable - "walk the walk and talk the talk!"
ï· Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
ï· Ability to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
ï· Ability to carry up to 30 lbs. on a consistent basis.
