Candidates must be able to work in a cooperative spirit along with an existing group of dynamic staff members. We are looking for candidates who, in addition to having serving experience in a banquet setting, are committed to customer service and gracious hospitality.ÂÂ
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with clients at the highest level of customer service.
Strategic thinking and thorough attention to detail includingÂevent set up, timeliness and food safety.
Must be able to become TIPS certified within 60 days of employment (class offered on property at no cost).
Set up and take down of events required that includes tables and chairs. Must be able to bend, twist, reach, stand, lift, walk, grasp, and listen the entire shift.
Must participate in keeping the facility clean and properly maintained.
Supervise and train serving staff.
Must have full availability including early mornings, nights and weekends.
