We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook / Grill Cook to join our growing team at Raibu Sushi Bar, a new concept bringing fresh energy and exceptional hospitality to Boise. If you take pride in your craft, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
-Preparing and executing menu items consistently to spec
-Operating and maintaining grill and line equipment safely and efficiently
-Managing station prep, stocking, and cleanliness
-Working with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
-Following food safety and sanitation standards
What we’re looking for:
-Previous experience as a line cook or grill cook (preferred)
-Ability to work nights and weekends
-Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
-A positive, team-oriented attitude
