RED FEATHER & BITTERCREEK SEEKING FOH MANAGEMENT!

Red Feather Lounge and Bittercreek Alehouse are looking for a savvy, creative, &; hungry service industry professional to assume a service management role. Job activities focus on managing FOH operations that impact the financial performance of the restaurant.

Managing team execution of defined service standards

Staff coaching that emphasizes guest experience and product presentation

Overseeing service of 3-5 meal periods per week

Educating & training staff on our dynamic seasonal menus

Representing the final step in guest interaction and conflict resolution.

Acting as quality assurance for guest experience.

Applicants should have strong opinions about (and experience in) the restaurant industry, craft beverage, local food systems, and a general appreciation for Boise's unique cultural identity.

Starting Wage: $55k/year

BITTERCREEK ALEHOUSE is a sustainably minded alehouse serving an extensive variety of craft brews and locally sourced pub fare. Thriving since 1996, and located in the heart of lively downtown Boise, we’re a great place to grab a bite and socialize.

JUST EAT LOCAL Is the restaurant family behind Bittercreek Alehouse, Red Feather Lounge and Diablo & Sons Saloon on 8th street in Downtown Boise. We build restaurants that inform our communities’ culture and values, without causing unnecessary harm to our environment. We've always focused on safe service of food and drink, but we now have the added responsibility of doing so safely during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:

Employees are required to wear masks at all times at work and to be fully vaccinated by October 7th. Starting October 7th, quarantined employees with COVID-19 may qualify for sick pay.
