Diablo and Sons Saloon, Red Feather Lounge and Bittercreek Alehouse are hiring, and looking for incredible people who work diligently with their teammates to ensure our guests consistently have an amazing experience. While we will train for our open positions (experience is a huge plus), we want people who naturally:

FOH Support: It takes a team to ensure great service for our guests, and that means more than taking orders. We are in need of friendly faces to greet our guests at the door, take reservations, and organize information and balance seating for our servers: you know, A HOST! We have a killer kitchen churning out plates, and proficient servers managing guest experiences at tables, but someone has a role to play between: memorizing our menus, ensuring platings come out to standard, communicating information between our kitchen and service staff. We call it an EXPEDITER! During our busiest seasons our servers need assistance removing plates and glassware from tables, sanitizing between guests, and ensuring they have the resources they need to take care of our guests; you guessed it, SERVER ASSISTANT! Front of House Support team members will assume each of these roles based on the needs of the season. We are ready to accommodate and train individuals who demonstrate strong hospitality and have impeccable customer service backgrounds. We are looking for those with strong communication skills and a natural work ethic!

Just Eat Local is the restaurant family behind Bittercreek Alehouse, Diablo and Sons Saloon and Red Feather Lounge on 8th St in Downtown Boise. We build restaurants that prevent needless harm to our environment and contribute to our communities’ culture and values.
