Eagles Fine Dining Restaurant is looking for multiple kitchen positions to assist with our ever growing business! We are a garden to table concept. We focus on French Technique with a global approach on flavor. We look to expand our talent!
Our qualified applicants must have from scratch fine dining cooking experience OR have the passion and the drive to learn those tools.
Must have reliable transportation
In our kitchen, a good attitude and strong work ethic will take you far!
We are an event center as well as restaurant we work most weekends and some holidays.
Positions available!
Assistant Banquet Chef -
Experience in ordering, butchering, sauce/stock production. Large scale food production a plus. Organized, detail oriented and passionate about cooking. This position has the ability for management based on performance.
Line Cook -
Ability to execute recipes consistently and work efficiently. Experience in butchering, from scratch sauce/stock production. Knowledge in modern cooking a plus not a requirement. We will train the right individual.
