PM Fine Dining Server
Job Duties:
Ensure guest satisfaction during all aspects of a fine dining experience
Knowledgeable about the flow and communication of food service
Present warm and gracious, positive and professional demeanor
Detail station according to standard
Able to anticipate and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely manner
Follow directions of lead server or hospitality manager
Desired Skills:
Alcohol training certified.
Thorough knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and mixology.
Some knowledge of state liquor laws.
