CRI Advantage is looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for writing an RFP for selecting new enterprise wide licensing, permitting, inspection/investigation system. Support will be needed from development of RFP through the processing of vendor responses and selection. The Project Manager will be responsible for working with an internal Business Analyst to monitor the progress of the project against agreed upon contract requirements and deadlines. Work will extend into the implementation phase of the project.
This is an expert-level project manager position. This is a high-profile project involving creating a single licensure program for several formerly independent boards with separate legacy systems into one system that serves many needs. This system will also have to integrate with other programs such as the state’s financial accounting system. This position will be responsible for writing and working with DOPL and the Division of Purchasing in issuing an RFP, assisting the evaluation committee, creating the project plan and schedule, organizing project teams, scheduling of project team meetings, organizing vendor responses, documenting the analysis of vendor responses, maintaining project momentum and controlling scope for a large, complex project. This position will also have the responsibility of developing measurements of processes/methods for assessing progress toward Division goals, contractual obligations and project outcomes.
