We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized Client Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our professional office and provide assistance to our clients and other visitors. You will be responsible for corresponding with clients, maintaining the organization of our professional office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our clients and their families. The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look our clients in the eye and provide personalized service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data or paperwork
Provide clients with intake and new client forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents; ensure that required paperwork are completed appropriately
Process payments from clients for co-pays and uninsured visits
Schedule appointments for new and recurring clients based on clinician and PA/NP availability
Maintain hard copy patient records as necessary as well as the files stored in our EHR
Provide clients with support and guidance as needed
Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs

Keeps client's appointments on schedule by notifying provider of clients arrival
Protect clients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
Maintain client accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
Manage inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinate reordering
Ensure that the waiting room environment remains quiet, calm, and welcoming
Uphold the positive reputation of our professional office by always treating visitors in a friendly,
welcoming, and compassionate manner
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed

Hours: 40 hours (Full-time)
Monday - Thursday 8:45 am - 5:45pm and Friday 7:45 am - 4:45 pm.
Location: Nampa, Id
Compensation: $24,960/yr - $31,200/yr DOE
