$200 Bonus!($50 after 30-days, $150 after 90-days)

Full-time, Part-time – Shifts Vary but typically are 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am

Direct care - up to 40 hours a week

$10.50-$12.50 per hour DOE, $8.50 per hour NOC shift (Sleep Shift)

At Teton Supported Living, it is our belief that everyone has a right to lead as active a lifestyle as their heart desires. We serve intellectually disabled adults who would like to remain in the community with some assistance in their home, provide services to clients on the DD Waiver with hourly or high supported living, and staff community support workers for individuals utilizing the self-direct program.

We are seeking part-time/full-time staff in Ada and Canyon County area to provide direct support, assisting individuals with becoming more independent in the community by working on increasing their social/communication skills, getting more involved in their community with activities/hobbies and volunteering, and helping them to build lasting and fulfilling relationships with others in their community.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assisting individuals in acquiring, maintaining and improving self-help, domestic, socialization and adaptive skills.

Supporting individuals to learn, maintain or improve skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life.

Engage in activities with the individuals to allow them to live in the community, to live more independently, or to be more productive and participatory in community life.

Engaging individuals with autism to communicate, use coping skills, and maintain safety

Submit accurate, completed paperwork

Complete necessary training

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum high school diploma or GED

18 years of age

A valid driver’s license with liability insurance and a working vehicle

CPR/First Aid Certified (Agency will assist if not already certified)

Medication Assistance Certification (Agency will assist if not already certified)
