The Administrative Assistant is a critical position for Homewatch Caregivers.
Some of the responsibilities include:
As Receptionist:
Greet visitors
Answer & route calls
As Administrative:
Timecard approval
Long-term Care Insurance submission
Client onboarding
Office supply orders
Miscellaneous skills & experience
Home Care or caregiver experience preferred
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office products
General business acumen
Appropriate knowledge & operations of business office equipment such as printers, scanners, computers, faxes etc.
Position requirements
Must have a clean background & DMV record
Obtain a negative tb test within first 30 days of employment
Work well with other departments
Pass pre-employment & random drug screens
