Employbridge - America's largest specialty staffing supplier is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for their Prologistix/ResourceMFG division in Boise. Prologistix/ResourceMFG is Boise's premier staffing employer in the warehouse/logistics/manufacturing industry.

As a branch manager, you will be responsible for leading a branch that consistently produces excellent placements for our client, is operationally efficient, and maintains solid top-line and bottom-line growth. In addition, you will perform business development, account management and customer service activities to existing and prospective clients. You will also develop and maintain brand awareness through judicious use of advertising, networking, and developing an expert team delivering outstanding service at all times.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruits individuals for staff positions and develops them to perform their positions competently by providing consistent and on-going training, leadership, and feedback.

Participate with management and staff in the development of the branch’s budget and goals.

Manage day-to-day activities of the branch, assuring that all functions are covered appropriately, orders are filled successfully, and all support processes are fulfilled timely.

Monitors area financial performance continually, taking action as necessary to align actual performance with budget expectations.

Demonstrates ability to perform every operational task within the branch. May actively participates in screening and interviewing applicants and managing field employees.

Monitors and participates in sales activities closely to assure that needs of future and current clients are anticipated appropriately.

Develops multi-level relationships in client organizations to assure retention and further development.

Conducts regularly scheduled service reviews with clients.

Assures that branch complies with company model, and that all reports and other paperwork are completed and filed timely.

Promotes community awareness of company by actively participating in local functions, and by consciously positioning our company as a focus for community support.

Demonstrates the company’s and the area’s core values, operating principles, and service differentiators.

Regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.

Has the authority to hire or fire other employees, or the employee’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or any other change of status of other employee.

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. At least three years of experience in management, experience in staffing is preferred. ​

Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint word processing software and CRM experience preferred.
