Delivery Driver & Helper (Boise)
We are looking for outgoing, positive and energetic people to join our team as a delivery driver or helper!
Details about this position -
The WORK DAYS and HOURS:
5 days per week
Delivery from a location in Boise to our clients around town Typically start at the warehouse around 7 am and end around 4 pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Driving truck per daily designated routes
Delivering freight on the routes assigned
Must be 21+ for driver and 18+ for the helper
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Have a current and valid Driver’s License
Meet DOT Qualifications
You MUST list up to 3 years of previous employment.
You MUST upload your License AND Medical Card during the application process.
Ability to safely drive vehicles
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and the general public
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions
Ability to make independent judgments which have moderate impacts on the organization
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

DESCRIPTION:
As a delivery driver, duties will include but not be limited to:
Responsibly drive and deliver the product to accounts
Keep accurate, precise records of deliveries
Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous relationship with customers
