Montana Timber Products is looking for the right people for full-time production positions in our Caldwell, Idaho facility.

Shipping Duties:
Safely and accurately move material units of varying sizes onto flatbed semi-trailers in a timely manner. Loads must be nested in delivery order and tightly positioned for a load that is safe, within legal limits, and as compact as possible.
Safely load crated orders into an LTL line van for commercial delivery.
Safely load material units onto customer trucks/trailers for will-call orders.
Receiving Duties:
Safely receive inbound deliveries. Must accurately identify material received matches delivery documentation. Material must be put in appropriate stock location in a timely manner.
Material Handling Duties:
Safely and efficiently keep material staged for production.
Accurately and efficiently count and document material issued to production work orders.
Accurately perform physical inventory counts monthly or as needed.
Maintain appropriate inventory locations for different material categories
Maintain a clean and organized material yard.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
Must be able to stand for entire shift.
Must be able to bend, twist, reach above shoulder level on a regular basis.
Must be able to work outdoors or in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Must be able to operate small equipment such as paint sprayers, mixers, chop saw, and hand tools.
