Position - Press Brake Operator
Summary - Setup and safely operate Press Brake to process/produce highest quality products.
Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

*Be able to read and work form drawings/blue prints
*Setup and document tooling settings
*Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions.
*Maintain accurate parts and motivation on routine repetitive jobs.
*In process checks will be required by the operator to maintain all required tolerances and quality.
*Responsible for operation, proving programs, operating controls, setting all machine functions, deburring and inspection of parts to assure conformance will be required
*Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities.
*Ability to calculate, blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed.
*Complete all necessary paperwork related to production
*Maintain a safe work environment
*Follow all company safety procedures and wears appropriate equipment
*Must be a Team Player
Experience - One Year (Certifications not required)
