We are looking for a full-time Admin Assistant/ Accounts Payable for a local plumbing company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role and is able to accommodate the workload of the day.
Minimum Requirements:
o Minimum 1 year Secretary experience;
o High school diploma;
o Customer service skills;
o Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, etc.;
o Good organizational skills and pleasant demeanor
Job Duties:
o Paying all dues invoices and bills;
o Answer 4-line phone system, take messages, greet clients and others;
o Scheduling calls;
o Keeping all insurance certificates in order;
o Photocopying, scanning, and other general office tasks, including mail handling, operating equipment, and ordering supplies
Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
