Position Summary:
Responsible for data entry, client communication and follow-up and duties related to the opening of new accounts; Primary responsibility is to assist Business Development Team and will also include general office duties as workload allows.
We have a niche business, we do not expect you to come in with knowledge on self-directed IRAs. We are willing to train and help the right person grow within our Business Development team. We are looking for drive, ambition, excited for a new opportunity and detail oriented.
Job Functions: (Position may include additional functions not listed)
Answer and route calls to appropriate people
Data Entry in software (we will train on software knowledge) and review accounts
Document all appropriate notes in software
Potential Client Follow-Up (Calls and E-mail)
Transfer & Funding Follow up (Calls and E-mail)
Monitor/Responding incoming Business Development e-mail
Managing Hard Copy Files in Office
Assisting clients with online access questions (we will train)
Perform additional job duties as requested
Qualifications: (Required knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, etc.)
1+ customer service experience (preferred).
1+ data entry experience (preferred).
Must have a positive, ready to learn, team attitude!
Software Requirements: (Preferred) Microsoft Office including Excel, Word.
Equipment Requirements: Scanning, Faxing, Multi-line Phones.
