Homecare Company is looking to hiring a Client Care Coordinator
Responsibilities include: (job description fully gone over during interview)
Client information sessions- interview clients for our services
New client paperwork- going to client’s homes completing paperwork and placing it in their binder
Placing any updated paperwork in client’s homes
Quarterly Visits- visiting clients home once every 3 months for followup
Following up with clients after new providers shift has ended
Scheduling caregivers with clients
Building schedules in the computer system
Keeping Holes board up to date daily
Answering office phones
After Hours on Call Duties:
The Client Care Coordinators share on call responsibilities for after hours. On call is used for emergency situations. A phone is provided while on call. At times, we may be required to provide care to clients when there is no available staff/caregiver.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma (required)
Must pass Fingerprint/Background check through Health and Welfare
Computer skills preferred
Homecare experience is a PLUS
Driver License and Auto Insurance (required)
