McFateâs Heating and Cooling is looking for a dispatcher to join our team.
Duties include:
-Answering telephone calls
-Dispatching calls to technicians
-Billing
-Making deposits
-Running occasional parts or errands
-Updating social media or website
-Creating brochures and flyers
-Organizing and filing folders
30-40 hours a week Monday-Friday (on-call some weekends)
Required Skills:
-Great Customer service
- Experience answering telephone calls
-Ability to read maps and an overall good sense of direction.
-Problem solving
-Ability to work with a team
-Computer competency
Experience desired but not required:
-Competency in Quickbooks
-experience in scheduling or dispatching
