Manage multiple email inboxes for President
Calendar management for President
Schedule meetings and calls for Team members
CRM management
Outlook Contacts management
Business development / sales support
Design support / sample library management
General office administration
Prepare Fee Proposals
Book and coordinate travel arrangements
REQUIREMENTS
Operations Expert
Minimum 5 years’ related experience in a professional office environments
Technology expert – MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, several cloud-based programs
Highly proficient and motivated by a fast-paced environment with daily shifting priorities
Thinks and executes rapidly and efficiently
Confident and decisive
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at working with remote staff with varied working styles
Energized by working for an entrepreneurial Owner who demands the best, all the time
BS / BA degree in Business discipline preferred
