Builders Capital is a well-established , private money lender focused on residential construction loans.
We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant who will provide support for the loan officer in pipeline management, relationship management, lead development, loan origination and loan closing. This is a full time role that will require someone to work out of the Boise office.

Builders Capital was formed in 2009 to focus on residential construction loans in select markets. Under regulatory pressure at the time, banks exited or reduced construction lending creating a long-term business opportunity. To take full advantage, Builders Capital built a team with deep expertise in residential homebuilding, land development, portfolio finance, mortgage banking, underwriting and collateral management. The team is led by three principals who bring over 60 years combined experience in real estate development, mortgage banking and construction.
