Office manager position open for a busy local contractor. Duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking, customer service, assist field personnel and president of the company. Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Windows O/S. Construction experience is highly favorable. Must have verifiable references. This is a full-time position and salary depends on experience level. Health insurance options are included in benefit package. This is a drug-free company and pre-screening will be required prior to hiring. Hours are somewhat flexible but 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday will be required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, very organized, excellent customer service and bookkeeping skills and able to prioritize tasks. Follow through is vital. Must be able to work without direct supervision while still completing workload on time. This is a casual work environment and may be perfect for the person who has managed a business in the past.
